How to Finance

    Call, email, or submit a form on our Contact Page to get your Estimate started. Be sure to detail your exact needs and provide as much information as possible. We'll provide a cost-effective Estimate for long-term solutions... Hardscapes to landscaping needs.

  • Step 2.) Pre-Approval

    When we settle on the scope of work for your project, we'll gather the additional information needed to submit your application. We can cover your entire project or a portion of your project. 

  • Step 3.) Loan Issuance

    We usually recieve approvals within 3-5 business days. We'll circle back with you to discuss your application at that time. If approved, we'll get your project scheduled and start making plans. We will also provide details about your loan during this phase such as interest rates, monthly payments, loan terms, how to make payments, estimated increases in property's valuation, & more. We'll address every aspect of your loan and project to ensure you're comfortable to proceed. When you give us the thumbs up, we'll approve your Lyon Financial Loan to get started! 

  • Step 4.) Let's Get to Work!

    The loan will be issued directly to Poor Boy to initiate work on your project. We will start work on your project under the agreed-upon schedule, terms, and project specs. No further action is needed from our clients, aside from making their monthly payments on the agreed-upon date. You can make payments HERE.
